Thosese who were not golfing were on their own to explore local attractions. There are so many wonderful things to do in the vicinity of Mendenhall, and fall in Chester County is simply radiant. We guarantee you no one was bored!

Here's a short list we've put together:

Some of you might enjoy spending the day wandering around Kennett Square (the mushroom capitol of the USA) or West Chester. They both have nice restaurants for lunch and are both famous for being very charming, quaint Chester County towns.

It took place from 6:00 - 11:00 PM withan open bar and hors d'oeuvres
which ran from 6:00-7:30 PM; the cash bar ran from 7:30-11 PM. Servers circulated during "happy Hour" with hors d'oeuvres. The buffet dinner began at 7:30; there were plenty of sit-down tables for dining. Soup and salad was served at each table (mushroom soup, of course!) JoAnn Costa Baglini hired a PHOTOBOOTH and we all took pictures with our old and older friends-- the photographer supplied hats, props, etc. Chris Bokas contracted our DJ, Steve Kurtz from Crusin' 92.1, WVLT -- he was spectacular and kept things moving throughout the evening
(http://www.wvlt.com/stevekurtz.html).  Kurtz was spinning oldies, standards and lots of music for dancing!

What a great weekend we all had -- perfect fall weather and just for good measure a full moon!
