Susan Stoltz (Lang)

Susan Catherine Stolz-Lang, 66, of Weston Florida, passed away on November 17th, 2014 in her home with family by her side. This, after a 16-month battle with pancreatic cancer, which she fought with eloquence and tenacity. Susan was born on February 11th 1948, she is predeceased by her parents, Edward Henry Stolz and Madeline Teresa Killion-Stolz and her beloved dog Sachi Lang. Susan was an amazing single mother, while she worked her way up the executive ladder through her years in Life Insurance, then became the Executive Vice President of Philadelphia Association of Life Underwriters (PALU) in 1989. Susan changed career paths in the year 2000 and moved to South Florida to be closer to family. Susan worked at Barry University in Alumni Relations for the last 10+ years. She treasured so many people that embraced her just like a part of their own family. Susan enjoyed her time with family, friends, the beach, movies, shopping, and was an active participant in numerous pet rescue foundations, including Pals-4-Paws at Barry. Recently an email was received that her daughters wanted to share, which best-reflected Susan: "I will miss her infectious laugh, her beautiful smile and hearing her bragging about her beautiful children and grandkids." Susan is survived by her two daughters Kimberly Lynne (Joseph Michael) Kubicky-Conway and Candice Carey Lang-Hill; her sister Pamela Cimeo; four grandchildren Sean Joseph Edward and Cainan James Conway; Taylor Caitlyn and Madelyn Elisabeth Hill.
